Welcome Hotel by ITC group came up with the new Chinese Restaurant known as Mahjong. It is a tile based game which was developed in China during the Qing dynasty and has spread throughout the world, Mahjong is a distinctive culinary celebration where Chef redefined the dishes from China and Hunan. They welcome with the traditional tea which was very refreshing and good
Ambiance:
It was very beautiful with the wall painting and the decorations. The sitting arrangement also very nice with different table structure and comfort sitting.

Crunchy Corn - Crispy corn with the garlic flakes and onion which was crunchy and good.
Lotus Stem with Sesame - Crispy and Crunchy Lotus stem with well crispness.
Mapa Tofu with Black Bean and ChilliFlakes - Well cooked Tofu gravy, Tofu was well soft and good in taste
Stir Fried Chinese Greens with Minced Garlic - Well fried chinese greens
Seamed Jasmine Rice - Well cooked Jasmine rice with quite different in taste
Desserts:
Date Pan Cake with Ginger Ice cream - Little sweet Date pan Cake served with the Ginger Ice cream
Salted caramel pudding with tender coconut ice cream - I like this dessert, caramel salted pudding with the tender coconut Icecream.
Hot chocolate cookie over fudge sundae - Stomach filling hot chocolate cookie served wih sundae
