What Is It?

Want to know how to blend exercise, art and passion for this fine city? Easy peasy — sign up for curated walks around Bangalore by St+Art. If you’re wondering what we’re talking about, maybe you missed the fact that over 15 spots in Bangalore turned into the canvas of local and national artists this past year. And there’s plenty of colour, creativity and story-telling going on on everything from walls, buildings and even metro stations. So the team themselves will take you through the city, exploring the works.

Who Is It For?

If you’re interested in street art and want to explore the burgeoning scene in town, this one’s for you. And for those who don’t quite know much about the concept then you really must go on this art tour! Since the team from St+Art will be accompanying you, you can even question the art or at least, try and understand it better. We’re sure looking forward to hearing more about the MG Road Metro Station art and the super moon!

Why Should I Go For It?

We already gave you a sneak-peek here but this is the real deal folks! Every Sunday in January, you will be stopping off at all the spaces that were revamped by 16 artistes from across India, plus of course, seven namma ooru creators, including Appupen. In fact, he’s has taken up the whole of the Majestic Metro Station, and the art tells the story of the Dharmambudhi Lake, on which the station has been build. It’s also touted to be India’s longest silent comic strip! So if this sounds like a fun morning, sign-up right away. There’s limited spots, but there’s also four Sundays, so slot yourself in for some fun and fitness to fall in love with the city, all over again.
