What's not to love about open air film screenings with plenty to munch on or guzzle down? That's just what SteppinOut Movie Nights {an initiative of the city-based lifestyle membership program} promises you. While they've screened quite a few movies so far, from all-time favourites like The Lion King to the popular Bollywood flick, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, this time around, they have something more "thrilling". For anyone who thought the fun of Halloween was lost amidst all the Diwali celebration, be prepared for a spine-chilling evening this Sunday at their Horror edition!
Fright Night
Chosen by public demand {through a Facebook poll, as usual}, they'll be screening the James Wan-directed The Conjuring, which was selected over other options like The Shining, Anabelle and The Ring. Already excited? While the expansive Prince of Wales lawns, almost surrounded by trees, is bound to add to the mood, they have movie-time nibbles {yes, there's plenty of popcorn} and cold beer to go with your movie. Just make sure you don't spill it over yourself when there's an intense scene on!
