What Makes It Awesome
If you’ve spent hours binge-watching Masterchef Australia, then you must know why model-celeb chef Sarah Todd is such a big deal. And what makes her even more awesome is that she loves experimenting with Indian flavours and totally gets our palate. So when we heard that Swiggy Signatures has curated a menu with this culinary artist, we couldn’t keep calm.
This menu’s got 6 dishes, each one as brilliant as the creator (we are clearly obsessed with her). Your desi samosas have taken a whole new non-veg avatar in the form of Chicken Keema Samosas which are served with tangy beetroot, cranberry and caper chutney, and of course, loads of keema. We didn’t know it was possible, but she’s managed to make Mumbaiya Desi Vada Pav even more delish than it already is! Drool all over the sharp blend of Kashmiri and Goan flavours with their Chicken/Paneer Rogan Josh Poi. And they are intensely filling, which makes them the perfect order for midday cravings. Of course, every good meal calls for a sweet ending. They’ve got two desserts and you should definitely order both. For all ‘em mango addicts, no need to wait for summer for them to make a return. Order a side of Mango and Coconut Tart and you’re set. But honestly, the Sticky Caramel Toffee Pudding should be your go-to this season because it’s a Christmas special.
