What Makes It Awesome?

Copper chimney is one of the best places serving North Indian Cuisines. We were here to try out their newly started lunch buffet. I would rate it as the best buffet in the town till now at just ₹500+ taxes. The ambience is just so beautiful with selected intricate interiors and decent lighting. This buffet was very different from all other buffets in terms of quality and presentation.

We started with some Indian chaats like Samosa papdi chaat and Mirchi chaat, they were perfect and had the authentic street-side taste.

The starters were relishing. First, there was Achari chicken tikka and mutton seekh kebab, perfectly cooked and well marinated. The Fish fry was very soft from inside and crisp from outside. Loved the Paneer tikka and veg kebab rolls. The mocktails were equally good and refreshing.

We tried Stuffed mushrooms which was one of the best dishes, marinated with Malai makkhan, delicious to have. The Baazar ke choley with stuffed kulcha and Pindi choley took me straight to the streets of Punjab. A must-try the signature dish at Copper chimney. For non-veg lovers, the best pick is the Grilled burrah chops, Mutton chaap with lucious marination. Loved their starters.
.
The main course with Paneer butter masala, egg curry, Pindi choley, Mutton keema, Meloni sabzi (mix veg), Navratan dal, Pulao and Chicken d Biriyani and Butter naan, Tawa roti and kulcha was one of the best. The quality of each main course was unparalleled. The Chicken Biriyani was very authentic and mutton keema was spicy and Delicious.

To wrap up we tried some desserts. My favourite pick was Muzaffarpur which was Rasmalai with fried sewaiyan. Everything starting from starters to the desserts was in its perfect place.

Try out the best buffet in town only at Copper Chimney. One will have a great experience with the most cooperative chefs and staffs.
