What Is It?

Total Yoga is organising a one-hour yoga session {called the Yogi Brunch} cum healthy brunch at watering hole Watsons in Ulsoor. While you feel flummoxed and wonder why would a class on Pranayam, meditation and yoga happen at Watsons of all places, we’d just urge you to ignore that bit of information. Instead let’s focus on the healthy brunch, which will follow the yoga session. There will also be a talk on the Tantric Chakras system of Yogic physiology.

Who Is It For?

It is for the health conscious Bangalorean, who wants to rejuvenate and socialise at the same time. It is also for the ones who have been toying with the idea of giving yoga a shot.

Why Should I Go For It?

If you believe in community building through the activity of yoga and want to meet like-minded people, this is your scene.  The session wants to promote fitness as well as mindfulness.  The session might also help you get a glimpse of how Total Yoga conducts its yoga classes, in case you are planning to join.


You have to RSVP, so don’t just show up on the day of the event. Also, bring along your own yoga mat and a bottle of water.
