I've always been under the assumption that salads aren't filling and are just boring. But when I tried the salads at The Well Dressed Greens then my mind was just blown away. I was so impressed. So far, I've tried the Caramalised Pineapple Salad which was mind-blowing for my taste buds and the Malabar Brocolli Salad which was so interesting because it's a salad with a Kerala twist. They also have some great smoothies!
