THOA- The House Of Artisans, claims to embrace imperfections, but honestly, when I see their collection of accessories, home decor and the stationery products, I see only perfection! Ideal for a person like me, who is herself slightly offbeat, nothing like Juniper tree bark as coasters, wooden salad spoons or a birch wood branch made into a jewellery stand!
But it's not at all over the top. You'll find the products are earthy, and subtle. Like the Japanese style kettle, a sea shell platter in hues of blue. Check out the collection of serviettes that are a nod to Rajasthani block-printing art. For a pop of colour, or to add more colour to an already bright shelf, order the Turkish bowls. I use them as snack bowls at parties, but leave them as decor otherwise.
In the jewellery department, expect chunky, and tribal stuff. Recycled nickel is a popular metal used for products from this brand, and I love it. They also stock soft, mul scarves and stoles.
