Being an arts friendly city means we see a host of events dedicated to it, and the Toto Music Awards (by Toto Funds the Arts a non-profit organisation in memory of the late Angirus ‘Toto’ Vellani) has been celebrating some great homegrown artistic talent in the country. The 15th edition of the awards will be preceded by a night of the nominees treating the audience with the artist’s work (in this case, music) to celebrate and showcase their flair, and of course, for good old entertainment. This year, catch Delhi based guitar spanking Dhruv Visvanath, boundary pushing Plastic Pravati from Kolkata, and earthy and evocative Akriti from Bangalore show off musical expertise. Also find the work of other nominees in the other categories -photography, short film and creative writing.

Fandom, a part of Gilly’s Redefined Koramangala is a space designed and dedicated exclusively for live performances, along with a bar and kitchen for patrons.
