While we've all been awestruck by the celebrity shaadi season (are we really over Virushka?), unless you can actually afford a Sabyasachi, we'd suggest you check out Toute Studio in HSR Layout. Since it opened last week, the brand is already making waves on Facebook and Instagram with its stunning bridal lehengas, sarees and gowns.

Ladies, you'll find exquisite bridal-wear options like lovely Kanjeevaram sarees with pure silk weaves and zari borders, peacock blue bridal lehengas with tilla work embroidery and Hollywood-inspired white wedding gowns. Prices start from INR 10,000 upwards, and you can rent it for 4-5 days. There are party wear options too (they’re easier on the wallet!) starting from INR 5,000. Plus, since the store has just opened, you can rent their jewellery free of cost at the moment! Lads, don't feel left out as the studio stocks up on suits, sherwanis and jackets too! Starting from INR 3,000, it's totally worth it to look like a bawse on your special day.

The studio is also a rental space for photoshoots. With cosy armchairs and mahogany deewans against floral print wallpapers, it makes for a beautiful royal wedding picture. While the studio can be rented at INR 1,000 an hour, you can also rent out individual furniture pieces, and the prices vary depending on the product and the number of days you will be renting it. Run by Samyukta, a trans woman and ex-techie, the studio is an inclusive space and employs people of different communities and backgrounds, and all the products in the store are completely handcrafted!
