With stores in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, New Delhi and Mumbai, ikat label Translate has finally made its way to Namma Bengaluru and is opening its very first store in the city this Saturday, February 17. Known for their elegant merch from clothing to home textiles like napkins and cushion covers, the brand works closely with local artisans to preserve the dying craft of the ikat weave. From long kurtas to stoles and scarves, all set on an ikat weave, find them in deep blues reds and greys here. And spruce up your dining table with their classy napkins, that are sure to be a hit with guests at your next dinner party. The store will open in the inner courtyard of Cinnamon, the 19th-century bungalow turned store in Ulsoor this weekend, so head down there and check them out. Maybe even pick up a cushion cover or two.
