If one thing we can never ever hate is, the love for ice-cream. And especially when it is Apsara Ice-cream. Established in 1971, they have created some really unique and awesome flavors over the years.
Here are some of my personal favorites that perfectly suit my "I can't figure out what's going on in my life and need ice-cream" kind of mood.
1. Pina Berry
Perfect dessert if you are craving for something light and chocolaty. Chunks of pineapple mixed with a combination of cranberry chunks will definitely satisfy your taste buds.

Fresh handpicked chikoos (sapota) churned in a creamy base gives your taste buds a cheeky burst of chikoo in every bite.
3. Vanilla Vibes
A simple plain vanilla ice-cream served with drops of malai is just to die for.
4. Falooda Fanda
Falooda lovers, raise your hands! Falooda is the most enjoyable dessert in India. And you have to try Apsara's Faaloda which is a delightful combination of rose, basil seeds, cashews, and spaghetti.
5. Belgian Bites
Rich dark Belgian Chocolate with chocolate chips is definitely a must-try.
