Yes, we know that a wedding needs a groom, but as much as we love our lads, they need to deal with the fact that the bride is just a little bit more important! Not that they are ignored, but you know. So with that in mind, Wedding Vows’ The Wedding High Street brings together an exclusive collection of everything that you need to make a wedding which brings both bride and groom to the fore. From cakes and flowers, jewellery and shoes to photographers and choreographers – after all, what is a wedding if it’s not a big fat Indian wedding!

Well for starters, the likes of Ritu Kumar, Krishnaiah Chetty & Sons, Nikhaar Jewels, Diani Jewels, and Clutches by Enso, are few of the participating brands. Plus, InWhites {for invitations, see?}, Fujidilm for quirky ideas for photo booths and photographers, Giftxoxo.com to help you with wedding favours and even mehendi, make-up and hair artistes to ensure you look stunning on your wedding day. Food, catering, honeymoon options and fitness will also be taken care of but we’re particularly tickled by the fact that they have marriage counsellors and astrologers for those interested.

Yup. There will also be a special workshop by The Wedding Filmer (the cool crew headed by award-winning filmmaker Vishal Punjabi) where they will help sort out your filmy department. If you attend the workshop, you will qualify for a contest wherein the winner gets an all-expense paid couple trip to Thailand sponsored by Thailand Tourism.
