What Makes It Awesome

Talking about "MOLECULAR GASTRONOMY", It's a modern cooking techniques mostly used by Chefs.
Only WTF has introduced this in Bhubaneswar by Chef Priyanka.
She has come up with her Signature dishes using this new technique.
The dish names are as interesting as they tasted.
"ICED CHAI BABY" Is a mocktail/ iced tea was very tangy n little sweet in taste, "FRIED CHICKEN" was first fired with some wine then it served,spicy ,tangy taste smokey flavour of chicken actually tasted delicious.
Then the "DIL GARDEN GARDEN CAKE" was actually a sandwich which looks like a cake, but it was a sandwich covered with mayos.
"CHEESY CHARCOAL WRAPS" Were in a twist of edible charcoal in it with cheesy stuffings in it, but it was weird in taste.
Then the DESSERTS were my actual favorite than everything.
"CLEOPATRA'S MILK BATH" was soft pudding with honey glaze on top of it.
Then "NITRO FREEZE WAFFLE" Was soft waffle n creamy icecream on to of it with some Halzenut flavoured popcorn which were freezed with liquid nitrogen.
A must try to this this place for this amazing new dishes to experience.
