What Makes It Awesome?

NH8 is a restaurant that serves authentic pure veg Rajasthani food.
This is on the second floor of the building and the interior of the restaurant has a beautiful wall painting of the Hawa Mahal.
Once you make your self comfortable the staff will give you a turban that the Rajasthani people wear on their head.

They have live counters for refreshing your self with some cold drinks (fresh fruit juices), chaat counter that serves yummy chaat and sweets counter too. You can see the kitchen the cooking area through a glass.
They can accommodate around 150 people.

Vanilla milkshake:
Vanilla milkshake came with vanilla ice cream on the top and was cold too.

Maharaja tokri chaat:
A fried potato basket topped with cooked chana, sprouts, lots of curd, pomegranate, sweet and spicy chutney and sev. I loved this chaat because it was not too spicy nor sweet the curd was a perfect combination for this chaat.

Delhi walonka dahi bhalla:
Flat puris which had pomegranate, grated garlic, curd, sweet and spicy chutney. The taste was also good. Had not tried anything like this before.

Tandoori chatpate mushroom:
This was lit. Tandoori chatpate mushroom came in a copper vessel and was sizzling hot and the spicy taste of the mushroom was like really wow.

Dal bati churma:
Rajasthani's famous dish where you can see lively how they make it ready to eat buy using gati ki subji, Rajasthani vada, Jaipuri dal kachori and then it's ready to serve.

Pudina naan:
Soft naan that was yummy and I tried it with panner rajwadi which had soft paneer and the gravy taste was good.

Jalebhi with rabdi:
I finally got a chance to try Jalebhi with rabdi and I loved it it's too good for sweet tooth people.

Must try:
Chaats, tandoori chatpate mushroom, dal bati churma, pudina naan with paneer rajwadi and jalebhi with rabdi.

I would like to thank Mr.Pavan and Mr.Vishal Sharma who gave personal attention to us after having such a huge crowd waiting out and serving those yummy Rajasthani foods.
