Functional fitness gym, FitKits, is organising a one-day session of High Intensity Interval Training at Whistle Sports Hub. It’s going to be a 1000-calories burning sweat sesh so just come by with the right shoes, a towel and a bottle of water and a whole lot of energy. The 60 minute workout will include bodyweight based exercises so think burpees, mountain climbers, squats, pushups and the like.
