GK 1  M Block Market


While GK 1 M Block market is full of basement shops selling all kinds of pants in all kinds of materials, M 22 stands out when it comes to summery linen trousers. Situated in the Yo! China Lane, it looks like any generic store. In addition to denims, formal trousers, shoes and a bunch of other clothes and accessories, they have the perfect pair of linen pants {not too flared, not too tight} in colours like white, black, beige, red and even purple. They go out of stock pretty fast, so you may have to speak with the shopkeeper to order you some.

This online store has all the makings of the next big thing. Having moved to Gurgaon from up south, they have created a breezy linen collection that includes everything from tunics to trousers. With a clearance sale on the charts, this store brings to you affordable daily wear that would definitely elicit a loud blessing. They also have shorts.

Catering to both men and women, Zara boasts of a trouser collection which comprises loose pants that you can wear all day {and all night}. Roughing out in these seem like a great option especially when you can almost feel the breeze on your skin. With elastics on the waists, pull them up in one go, and you’re good to go.

Mohan Singh Place


For those unaware, this gem on the outer circle of Connaught Place is where you will find designer clothing at throwaway prices. The trick being that these are tailored here. Linen pants here are your best option if you’re looking for something budget. We love the range of fabrics available here, that can beat any high-end store in terms of quality. With a custom look and design, most of the shops at Mohan Singh Place they attach a designer label of your choice {though we wouldn’t recommend this at all}.

Khara Kapas is the quintessential summer brand. Although they’re more about dresses, tunics and maxi skirts, if you look hard, you’ll find a few pairs of pants such as the salwar pants which are great for lounging around in, or alternatively, painting the town red in.
