The sweetest day of the year i.e. LBB’s Dessert Bazaar is just around the corner and we’re super kicked to dive into a mound of sugar. This year’s going to welcome back our favourites along with a bunch of talented bakers you have probably never had a chance to come across.
If you’re looking to start with something new, here are the stalls you should hit up first {followed by a macaron from Sugarama and cookies from Georgia Dakota, of course}.
Glaz’d Patisserie
Shaleen Mehta claims to use the freshest and most quality ingredients in her baked goods, and from what we’ve tried, you can tell.

Milk Patisserie
Before opening Milk Patisserie, Avantika Nischol worked on her pastry skills in Singapore and The Oberoi Gurgaon. Her aim is to bring back traditional cakes, but with a contemporary twist. Milk specialises in hand-made truffles and bonbon chocolates.

Confiteria
Confiteria is all about hand-made chocolates, moist tea cakes and chewy cookies. Prerna, the baker, takes her inspiration from Parisian patisserie and keep things simple yet delicious.

Hashtag Cakes
They specialise in cake art and are one of the few places which manage to pull of sugar-free and gluten-free dessert without compromising on the taste. So even if you don’t eat egg, they’ll have a yummy cupcake or a brownie for you.

Mise En Forme
