What's Happening

AdventureEscape, a community that arranges high-altitude treks to the Himalayas, is organising the Hampta Pass trek, for which, groups will leave from Manali every Saturday till the first week of October. As part of this five-day trip, you'll be trekking through the tall oak forests of Shea Gahru, camping under the stars in Chika, and the stunning Chandratal Lake will definitely wash away all your city blues.

This trek will be equal parts easy and challenging, so expect both sunshine-y valleys and steep mountain terrains. We think it's going to be the perfect break from the concrete jungles we're used to living in. Sign up soon?

How's The Venue

The Hampta Pass trek with Chandratal Lake (at 14,100ft) is an easy to moderate trek that covers green meadows, glacial valleys and will give you a stunning view of the deserts of Lahaul. If you're someone who wants to witness as many views of Manali as possible, this trek with its ever-changing landscapes will be perfect.

Make A Note

Be sure to reach the Rohtang Bridge in Manali (meeting point) at 10am for the briefing. You can either reach Manali on the same day as the trek or a day in advance, for which, the organisers will provide accommodation. However, they will not be responsible for the transportation from the homestay to Rohtang Bridge.
