Art of Spices is a tiny joint located at the very end of a street full of other tiny eating joints in Karol Bagh, but has managed to maintain its popularity due to its freshly-made rolls wrapped in large parathas.

The Butter Chicken Roll, with its soft chicken chunks and delicious gravy is a favourite. Other good options are the Double Seekh Roll and the Malai Tikka Roll. If chicken is too mainstream for your tastes, they have mutton alternatives {fret not vegetarians, you get paneer}.
