Sitting in the St+Art, Delhi office, we found ourselves smack in the middle of genius creative minds deliberating on a design for what is now a magnificent mural in Azadpur. All we can say is, however they managed a truce, we're glad they did.

Meet Axel Void, the man behind the now completed Delhi Cold Storage mural. Born in 1986 {jeez what have we done with our lives}, in Miami to a Spanish father and Haitian mother, he was raised in Spain. Strongly influenced by classical painting and drawing, since 1999, Axel Void has been getting his hands dirty with graffiti writing. After having studied Fine Arts in Cadiz, Granada and Sevilla, he's been based in Berlin, until he moved to Miami in 2013, where he currently resides.

As for his canvas, the Delhi Cold Storage, located in Azadpur, is Asia's largest fruit and vegetable market. The building itself is a massive structure, on the Outer Ring Road, and has been painted keeping in mind the story, sentiments and scenes of the area and its locals.

Where: Delhi Cold Storage, Near Azadpur Sabzi Mandi

How to get to it: Walking distance from the Adarsh Nagar Metro Station, you can see the mural on board the Yellow line traveling towards Azadpur Station.
