There are regular courses available but the most popular are what Petit Pas like to call ‘Boot Camps’, much like the name suggests these are short term courses with a lot of power. Sometimes the camps have guest chefs who specialise in a particular cuisine or product and these camps are very focused so that you learn more, faster. The bread making and cake decorating Boot Camps have been the most successful so far and their Facebook page always has updates on how to register, the cost, the host chefs and other details.

Petit Pas Studio is basically an academy for students who are passionate about baking and food in general. They have a range of courses, they are tailor made for beginners as well as those who have somewhat of an industry experience. The courses range from intensive 15 day diploma programs to hobby classes over the weekends, sugar-art classes and bread making through the week! The courses include both theoretical and practical methods and the faculty here is made up of professionals who have studied at the finest pastry and culinary academies around the world.
