For the mains, we recommend the ‘Lamb in Mahlak Sauce’, thinly sliced pieces of lamb and mushrooms in a smoky brown sauce with steamed rice and a glass of ‘Mango Jalapeno Martini’ for a perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
