Run by a Le Cordon Bleu London alumnus, Bliss Bakery in GK-1 offers fresh bakery items and desserts made with the best ingredients and a whole lotta love. We already spend more than half our salary on food {desserts mostly} and these guys probably won’t let us change that.

They Take The Cake

Mahak, the head chef of Bliss Bakery is an engineer by profession and worked as a consultant for a few years before she finally gave up the nine-five life to pursue her passion for baking. She initially started baking at home for friends and relatives, but soon what started as a passion became Mahak’s profession.

In an attempt to offer Delhites the best of baked goodies made from scratch everyday and with the freshest of ingredients, Mahak started her own bakery in 2016 and since then, Bliss Bakery has been our go-to for cupcakes and cheesecakes.

With mint green and white coloured interiors, full-length windows and seating with umbrellas outside, Bliss Bakery resembles a cute Parisian cafe. Inside the bakery, you’ll find shelves full of glazed cakes, cookies {try Lemon Spice Cookies}, colourful macarons and more desserts, all of which look like a piece of art. They’ve also got pesto buns, 100% whole wheat and multi-grain breads, quiches but it’s certainly the desserts that take the cake. Do try their warm and gooey Espresso Brownie, their Chocolate Mousse we hear great things about and for those who’re watching their weight – try their dairy-free, sugar-free chocolate cakes and ice creams {they do a Vegan Dark Chocolate Sorbet with 70% dark chocolate}.

So, We're Saying...

When we go to any bakery, we ideally get something packed for home too and when it’s a place like Bliss Bakery, we recommend that you should also get as many things packed as you can carry back home. Their Blueberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Cupcake and pies to start with.
