Call Boom For Stunning Pork Ribs & All Catering Needs

Boom Hospitality, primarily a catering unit, is very soon {Apr 21} going to start home delivery in Shahpur Jat and its surrounding areas. Their menu is a wonderful mix of pan-Asian and pan-Indian and yes, they do some of the best pork ribs in town.

If you hadn’t figured it out yet, we were quite smitten with the pork ribs at Boom. Cooked for six hours straight, the meat just falls off the bone with the hint of a nudge from your chopstick. These are then topped with a special Japanese spice called Togarashi, which includes hemp seeds {now we know where the Boom came from!}. The result is a melt-in-the-mouth flavoursome affair we’re definitely going to be going back for.

For those who don’t eat pork, start. No, we’re kidding. Boom has a vast menu of pan-Asian fare {of which the spinach corn cheese dim sums, Boom Chicken and spicy lamb dim sums stand out}. We also suggest taking a good look at the Indian menu, which includes all the regional cuisines ever, from the usual Mughlai to Bengali to Keralite to even the lesser-explored north eastern food.

Although the menu is highly biased in favour of meat lovers, you will find some pretty tasty vegetarian dishes too. Case in point, the stir fried beans topped with caramelised coconut.

Boom Hospitality has been doing catering gigs for about six months now. And unlike their home delivery, they don’t have a menu for this. They pride themselves on being able to whip up anything you can think of, from chaat to Japanese to African barbeques to even Ethiopian feasts. Challenge them, we say.

PS: They do a beautiful dal makhani which is made using zero butter or oil. And you can’t tell when you taste it.
