Experimenting with desserts can be risky, but Bani Nanda probably wouldn’t have got where she is today by playing it safe. The founder of Miam is a visionary, pastry queen and dog lover.

She’s had an exciting journey, having graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and then worked as a pastry chef in The Oberoi before starting her own bakery at 25. You can check out her Instagram and drool over her stunning creations, they’re literally straight out of a Parisan fairytale.

While Bani’s desserts are truly a work of art, and she’s bold and unapologetic when it comes to experimenting with different styles and combinations for her cakes and macaroons.
