On the Club Road in Punjabi Bagh stands a {almost} brand new joint called Bottoms Up. Step inside and you’ll be wowed by the space. Spanning across two floors, the joint dedicates the ground floor more to the eaters, and the first floor to those who want to indulge in some sheesha while the food gets cookin’. The interiors are all wooden; quite tasteful, complemented by leather chairs in neutral colours. The bar itself, in one corner, is huge, displaying an impressive collection of bottles.

With a name like Bottoms Up, one can safely assume that this one’s big on drinking. With cocktails from across the globe {Singapore Sling, Sangria, Cosmopolitans etc}, a pretty good wine selection {including the regular Sula alongside Jacob’s and Danzante}, beer, and whiskey, they have all your drinking needs covered, at not too extravagant a price. What’s more, they have happy hours on all the time {yes, even weekends!} on all IMFL and domestic booze.

In spite of the heavy focus on alcohol, the food has in no way been neglected. Choose from a range of Indian, Italian and Continental fare. Their hottest selling dishes include Bunny Chow {chili paneer/chicken/lamb}, Tawa Biryani, and an interesting Turkish pizza called Lahmacun {basically replace the cheese with curd}.

There’s a dedicated terrace for smokers and those who fancy a bout of al fresco dining. Worried about the heat? They tell us their mist fans are on the way. They’re also planning to start live performances very very soon, so we suggest you give them a call if you’re looking for a music filled night.
