As an ex-advertising person, Rithika always had a creative streak. When she began, she was making jewellery but slowly, she realised she’d rather paint bottles than make bracelets. Today, her collection includes helmets, chai glasses, kettles, sippers, mason jars and more. And, everything is painted by hand.

Great For

Cool crockery, quirky gifts and handpainted artefacts.

What Makes It Awesome

Kettles, colourful chai glasses in crates, mason jars with snowmen… One look at the photos, and you’ll know that she has a thing for quirk. She confesses that she’s also from the ugly-Christmas-jumper-loving school of thought where nothing’s too odd or strange for her.

It’s easy to get a peek into Rithika's creative world when you see that she experiments with all sorts of motifs including folksy banjarans to delicate dragonflies to cherry blossoms and cute hippos on cutting chai glasses. Her cat motifs on ketlis are adorable too. While a few of her products also use prints, you’ll see rough edges that are characteristic of her design sensibility. Nothing about these quirky things is measured or inhibited – the colours and designs are proud to be wild.

We’ve got our eyes on the blue chidiya kettle along with their warm and fuzzy looking mason jars. Won’t it be fun to Instagram our everyday cold coffee in these?

P.S. We’ve saved the teapots for souvenirs for friends and fam who love kitsch.

Pro-Tip

The mason jars are priced at around INR 750 each, the kettles start at INR 1,900 and the set of chai glasses will set you back by INR 1,700.
