What Is It?

Smitten Bakery and Patisserie’s wondrous pastry chef, Mandakini Gupta, will be taking over Blue Tokai Roastery between 3 – 7pm on Sunday {Aug 28} for a workshop on ganache making and chocolate tempering for those who want to learn to do wonders with chocolate.

There will also be a dessert pop-up, coffee and chocolates to go.

Who Is It For?

Bakers, chocolate lovers, home chefs and coffee snobs should love this. But we also think it could be of interest to anyone who’s tormented by an insatiable sweet tooth.

In short, coffee and chocolate are a match made in heaven and only the first 18 get a chance to be a part of this workshop, so, before others get a whiff of this, book a seat here. Apart from some new tricks, you can take a lot more home.

You’ll have to shell out INR 1,500 to build on your {c}rusty skills and learn from Mandakini’s chocolate-making tutorial. Oh, and in case you didn’t know, our talented chef has been in the news for the artisanal chocolates devoured at Shahid Kapoor’s wedding.
