LBB and Zambar on the Moon present Grub Club Season 3. For those who’ve been running from pillar to coast, looking to sample some authentic coastal food, we’re teaching you the real deal, right here in the capital!

Chef Arun, the MC {Master of Cuisine} for the Grub Club, comes with the backing of having travelled extensively into the depths of Kerala, sampling local flavours. Along with his expert team, most of which was sourced from Kerala, brings to Zambar the magic of authentic coastal cuisine. Chef has also collected traditional utensils from the regions that inspired his menu, and continues to source spices {from organic spice farms} and fresh seafood from the fresh and lake waters of Kerala.

Join Chef Arun as he guides you through the process of churning out light and fluffy Appams and Gunpowder Prawns, among many other delights from Kerala. Recipes and demos interspersed with fun facts about coastal culture, we just know you’re going to coast along this one! Mini idlis at your next get together anyone?
