‘Tis the perfect time to curl up in bed and indulge in some gooey chocolatey treats. But if the thought of piling on unnecessary calories scares you, check out our version of the coco-choco cake that can be made in less than 2 hours straight!

Make sure you get a jar of Coco Soul’s coconut-cacao spread that’s vegan, has no added sugar or preservatives, and is 100% made using natural coconuts. Put on your aprons now and cook away!

Ingredients

1 jar of Coco Soul Coconut Cacao Spread
1 cup of roasted and crushed almonds
1 cup of roasted and broken walnuts
1 bowl of hot coffee decoction
1 cup of sliced strawberries
2 packs of your favorite sweetened dry biscuits/Crackers

Method

Dip each biscuit one-by-one in the bowl of coffee decoction
Place each piece on a clean dry plate in a square arrangement
Take a dollop of Coco Soul coconut Cacao Spread and apply it on the biscuit layer
Dip the second round of biscuits in the hot coffee decoction and place it on top of the layer
Apply another layer of dollops of Coco Soul coconut Cacao Spread
Repeat the process thrice in total or add in another layer if you’re feeling more indulgent
Garnish with almonds, walnuts and strawberries
Freeze the cake in the refrigerator for 60 minutes
