We know, sounds too good to be true, but it's on. It's happening. First they made it a Wi-Fi zone, and now they're pulling out all the stops to make sure you can beat the heat this summer.

They've tied up with a leading air conditioning brand to be able to cool pockets of Connaught Place, without having to build too much of an exterior. This initiative comes as part of a new cooling campaign, to ensure Delhi residents have a relatively easy summer. They're using a special new air conditioning technology, that enables within 20 feet of the actual unit to be cooled, without it being a closed room. We tried desperately to understand the logistics of it, but we were so distracted by the thought of being able to walk around the prime neighborhood in the summer, without suffering from a stroke.

The project is under development, and will be completed end-May, so you might want to put any CP plans on hold, just until this kicks off. Stay tuned here, for updates.

Here's to attempting to stay cool. Body temperature wise.
