Ten Second Takeaway

Contemporary Arts Week is back in its third edition this October with multiple artforms held across multiple venues. With more than 300 artists on board performing across Delhi, you can expect a whole lot of dance battles, poetry slams, musical gigs, and more!

The arts and the smarts

The first Contemporary Arts Week was conceptualised and carried out two years ago by the valiant efforts of Friends of Art {a non-profit NGO} that, as the name suggests, works to make good contemporary arts accessible, and showcases India’s established and emerging artists. It is the first integrated contemporary arts festival in Delhi, and we at LBB feel extremely proud to be the digital partners for their third edition.

The opening acts

The line-up for the opening days{3rd & 4th October} will feature excellent artists like Bandish Projekt, Hari & Sukhmani, Stray Factory, Nikhil Mawkin, The Danceworx, Sadhya and a LOT more! Plus, there’ll be a whole lot of super energetic dance battles, stand-up acts, flash mobs, clowning. Oh, and did we tell you about the interactive graffiti wall that Delhi Street Art will be installing? It’s going to be epic, we promise.
