What Makes It Awesome

A lot of friends recommended me this place but could somehow never manage to visit. If you want a chilled out Sunday in your PJ's, order some nice food and play some board games there is no other place you'd rather be.

Going Rogue - In this weather, if you're a soup person would suggest you go for the Penang curry laksa instead {a traditional Malay dish with noodles and veggies in a coconut based gravy with a strong hit of lemongrass} rather than the usual classic soups. It was served in a coconut shell, piping hot and was an amalgamation of a variety of flavours. I would say it is as good as the Mamagoto laksa noodle soup! Do not miss the Burmese samosa {this was as near to what 'authentic' means for me}.

Classics - next up was the Chiang Chui chilly chicken - The chicken pieces were soft and marinated to perfection with bell peppers and bird's eye chilli. When you’re with a group which is not very experimental when it comes to food.

The Mutton Galouti was nice, melt-in-the-mouth and was served with small portions of Warqi. The spices were in abundance and pack a punch making it a must try. In case you are a seafood person, go for the Wok Fried Prawns.

Ordered the double meat burger which was served with the Sriracha tartar but personally, I feel one could try the American burger if they have the heart and the stomach to digest tenderloin and some bacon with fried eggs. The Cajun spiced French fries could easily be compared to the McDonald's Peri Peri fries. You can always ask them to double up the seasoning!

Oldies - the handi butter chicken and dhaba meat were very flavourful and were marinated with yoghurt paste and a lot of butter and cream. What else do we need after a workout? Ignore the calories and just relish the yummiest gravy you can have on a Sunday.

What's My Pro Tip?

Also, if you go on Saturday's then get ready to be welcomed by an acoustic singer and live performance for a chilled out evening away from the usual hustle bustle.

Anything Else?

Plus, sheesha has been banned in Delhi for now but a little birdie told me that they will soon start serving vapes in as many flavours as the Delhi Belly likes.
