CrossFit classes are super intense, and comprise choreographed sets and repetitions, known as Workout of the Day. Think five of you in the same class, all doing the exact same work out, repetitions and number of sets {with varying levels of difficulty}, all within a prescribed amount of time. So, 10 burpees in two minutes? Just a casual day in a CrossFit class.
