Delhi, Get Back On Track With Your Goals And Flag Off #100DaysOfRunning On April 29

What Is It?

adidas’ Runners Community in Delhi is organising a two-hour session which will have you running, doing yoga, interacting with experts and flagging off #100DaysOfRunningChallenge.

100 Days Of What?

#100DaysOfRunningChallenge is a running event where every participant has to run 2 kms a day, for 100 days. Remember, you aren’t in competition with anyone but yourself. You can run whenever, wherever but you just gotta be true to yourself. And, April 29, is the first day of the challenge. Take this first step and trust us, fitness will be 100 days away.

Ok, So What Should I Expect?

The event will start at 5.45am at the Indian Mountaineering Foundation with registration. This will be followed by half an hour of running {thereby kicking off the 100 days of running journey} and the yoga session. At 7am, there will be interaction opportunities with coaches and experts like Nivi Samanta – adidas running athlete and marathon running coach, and Arjun Saraswat – adidas ambassador. Look forward to this session to swap notes, take advice and tips on how and where to start the fitness journey.
