Desizn Conclave is a design meet, where creative minds from NIFT, NID, Pearl and other design colleges will run wild. All students have been invited to exhibit their views on 'Dream India', so that should be a thought-provoking, interesting affair. NIFT and NID students are also organising a workshop for aspiring designers, and we hear that you can learn a lot of tricks here.
Apart from this, Kalasutra will be setting up an exhibition. It is a brand whose aim is to keep centuries-old Indian traditions and artwork alive by preventing craftsmen from giving up their professions, because of the lack of resources and funds. You can buy these pieces at the conclave and help support their cause.
