Cold Sweet Bites On A Hot Sunny Day: Dessert Bazaar 2017

Navni posted on 8th February

With winter more or less out of the way, we intend to spend at least part of the day at The Dessert Bazaar munching on some ice cream and chugging some cold brews and juices. If you're looking for something cool while here, visit these stalls.

Home-made. fresh. creamy and gourmet; Minus 30 does ice cream on order and you can try them at the bazaar before zero-ing in on your favourite flavour. Choose from Caramel, Double Roasted Hazelnut, Almond Milk Dark Chocolate, Tiramisu and the like. They also do alcoholic concoctions.

The best part? They customise and can also do sugar-free and dairy-free on request.

Summer's almost here- can cold coffee be far behind? If you've had the chance to try Sleepy Owl's cold brews before, we don't need to give you a reason to hit up their stall at Dessert Bazaar. If you haven't, read more about it here. They basically brew their coffee without using any heat resulting in a smoother, less acidic glass of caffeine.

Choose from: Black, Vietnamese {this is with condensed milk}, Basic Iced and Cold Brew Tonic.

We've all grown up on kulfi and enjoyeds sticks and kullars of the creamy kesar, pista and badaam concoction throughout our childhoods. Kulfiano takes this dessert and adds fresh fruit to it. We're loving the Jamun, the Coconut and the Paan.

All that dessert have you feeling a little bit like a potato? Wash it down with a bottle of MyGreens juice. They've got a world of options from Relish {carrot, apple, beetroot, watermelon} and Revitalize {tamarind, cumin, honey, kale, spinach} to Omega Party {apple, broccoli, amla} and Existential Greens {apple, celery, cucumber, kale}.

We'd recommend signing up for a subscription, if you're planning to jump on the healthy bandwagon soon.
