Overindulgence has been synonymous with the holiday season since time immemorial. This has also proved instrumental in creating the connection between the first of January and “… detox from today!” We contacted wellness expert Tapasya Mundhra to help us with the detox process, and she encouraged us to drink. If your first visual was that of a tequila shot, you definitely need these healthy, wholesome detox juices she’s referring to.
