Right next to the entrance they have beautifully created a stall consisting of all the spices that are used in south Indian food. The Setting takes you to the feel of Dravidian part of our country. The best part of the event is that the waiters at the place were also dressed in South Indian style.

The highlight of the event is Master Chef. K Alankar. Chef Alankar were dressed in typical South Indian Attire which makes me feel like I at some top class South Indian restaurant. Chef Alankar have 30 years of cooking experience specialized in South Indian cuisine. Chef was the polite of the event cooking food with himself with the help of his team along with Chef. Umesh. The place have good place to dine in. Comfortable table and chairs was available as well small kitchen right in front so that one can see their food cooking.

By the time I was experiencing the ambiance my starters arrived. For starters they served - paneer pull katti & Kund Karlay in Veg and for Non Veg they had Koli Purchutu & Koli Varuval. They came up with two verity of Idli – Inji Idli and Mali Idli. Chef Alankar mentioned that one will keep on eating these Idli because of its unique flavor and taste. My experience was similar to what chef mentioned as I couldn’t stop myself after eating it for the first time.

For main course we had a lot of verity. We had two thali one Veg and other one Non Veg. As the name suggest both veg thali and Non Veg thali consists of Veg and Non Veg items. I was served Non Veg thali which was having nine items. The thali had verity of food driven from different part from Down South of our Country. It starts with Nellore Chappa pulsu(fish), koli thakkal (chicken), Erachi curry(mutton),Nimkaya pappu(dal), Guttu vankay kura, Poriyal beens, Urlay Varuvar, Swarakai Curry,Nellore kodi biryani. All these items were served with malabari parantha and different verity of chutney. Chef Alankar told all the spices used in the sambar was prepared by himself. The verity was enough to fill your stomach but not your intention of having more food. Food was delicious and flavorsome enough to make you more starving.
It wasn’t the end as we were left with the dessert. For dessert I was served with – Gulab jamun, Tengai Barfi, Kalakand and Malai Chap. Sweet is something without with food is incomplete and here at Radisson’s Creative Kitchen they have it all to make you satisfied in terms of satisfying your hunger of delightful food.

The festival is still one and starts everyday from 7:30pm onwards. I am sure you don't want to miss out the authentic flavours, hang on to enjoy the mouthwatering heaven of delight.
