Let's face it, we live in an age where social media is of utmost importance. Without an online presence, you are basically irrelevant, and some would argue - maybe you don't even exist {that's a tad dramatic, but hey, we didn't say it first!}. By that logic, it's only fair to learn how to present yourself online - what to Instagram, how to hashtag, how to edit your face to make it look its absolute best; it can be overwhelming.

DU recognized this, got with the program {and the times} and come the start of their next academic year, they will officially feature a 'How to master a selfie' class. It's an elective, up for grabs for anyone from any course of study. There is however going to be a constraint in terms of the number of people in the class and it's first come, first serve, so we suggest you keep a sharp eye out for the sign-ups. The class will entail everything from taking a selfie, which in itself is an art, and where to post it and how. They'll teach you use of light, shadow and angles, just with a smartphone, instead of a professional camera. If you need advice on what smartphone to purchase if you don't have one, you just have to ask. Experts abound.

Safe to say, you'll all be looking mighty fine as you receive like after like. Winning.
