Nuts and Bolts a cool new cafe that has just opened up two months back by Vikram. His first venture in this domain was Savy which opened in Nov 2017 but was forced to close in Feb 11 due to sealing. The amazing response that Vikram got for Savy in the few months that he was open made him open Nuts and Bolts in the Saini Enclave market. Savy had a pure veg and limited menu of Waffles and maggi but here at Nuts and Bolts Vikram has kept an extensive menu of veg and non veg with recommended options like Pizza farmer veg Rs 215, Butter chicken pizza Rs 245, different variety of pastas in veg and non veg from Rs 165 upwards, keema pao Rs165, cottage cheese wrap Rs 145, crispy chicken wrap Rs 165, Paneer papdi paneer slices covered in papad Rs 215 served with harisa dip and cheesy dip ( a dish you won't get anywhere else), butter chicken wrap Rs 185 and so much more. Savy's old customers are still coming to Nuts and Bolts as the Waffles are the best in town using premium ingredients purchased from American companies for the batter and toppings the waffles are Crispy on the outside n soft inside to the bite with a delicious chocolate brownie topping just too awesome. he is making his tacos using spices directly imported from Mexico unlike other places that make tacos. Another really special dish is the Special Maggi. Its filled with paneer and veggies wow! So creamy n cheesy and chatpatta in taste ... Awesome mix of Punjabi n continental.. just for Rs100, which Vikarm says is covering his food cost. But he doesn't mind as he has kept it low for students who come from institutions nearby like style n news and other institutions.
The cafe being called Nuts and Bolts Vikram has gotten the tables made of real truck n bike parts. The ceiling lights are nuts and bolts. He has even gone a mile extra for customer having birthday parties at his cafe by decorating the place with lovely red and white balloons and putting on music
Soon Nuts and Bolts will be introducing crepes as well... wwoww what's left.
