Ten Second Takeaway

Flora for Fauna is hosting Enso, an exhibition that details the story of a printmaker and the arduous process of making prints. This is  being done in collaboration with Red Earth, so expect interesting sarees, wall hangings and more.

The fine print

Flora for Fauna was established by Rhode Island School of Design alumna, Dhvani Behl, in 2014. An artist, she finds that drawing is the first step into a creative process, and the end product is her gorgeous prints on silk, linen, cotton, paper and wood. She uses no rough sketches or erasers {that’s tough BTW}.

State of the art

Enso: The Language of a Printmaker is an exhibition that will showcase most of Dhvani’s work. The pieces are something that only art can be: Visible and hidden, simple and profound, empty and full. Capturing the mind of an artist to near perfection, Enso is thematically constructed around nature and inspirations from it.
