What Makes It Awesome?

If you are a fashion enthusiast who likes to experiment, if you are a desi-couture lover or someone who loves to wear comfy clothes, I have got you all covered. I am talking about none other than the hot favourite of this season: long, flowy, flattering Anarkali gowns.

This piece of clothing has taken over the markets of Delhi as it is very versatile in all conditions, easily available, inexpensive and perfect for the Delhi weather.

Janpath is a street shopping market in Connaught Place and you can easily reach there by availing the amazing Delhi metro. Depending on which spot you are starting from, you may either get down at Janpath or Rajiv Chowk Metro Station.

After going through most of the stalls and shops at this market, there was this aged man sitting right outside the famous home decor shop of this street (Shop no.1 Monga Handicrafts and Corner) who had this huge collection of such gowns spread out.

I ran straight in the direction of this chic black Anarkali gown that he had just placed on the sack next to him. I took it in my hands and my friends, that is what you call "love at first sight". It was perfect: black with little golden thread work at the right places, a small jacket to go with it, perfect material, perfect length, perfect fit and to top it all the perfect price!

You can find the pictures of this perfect piece over here that I found for just Rs.650. Also check out these beautiful earrings I got from the shop right opposite to shop no. 1, for just Rs. 100 and it goes perfectly with a lot of my outfits! "And there I got my perfect look under Rs.1000".

I would definitely recommend you to go and check out the amazing collection at that store😊.
