Right in time for the festivities, Fabelle, a luxury chocolate boutique, has made its way to ITC Maurya, and it’s everything you’d expect it to be {and maybe a little more}.

Being a place that offers a great variety of chocolate offerings {need we say more?}

Keeping up with the grandeur of the hotel, the Fabelle studio is a brilliantly done up space. Tucked away in the corner of the hotel, the studio mostly holds hues of pink and gold, but we still think it’s the chocolate that will always attract us there.

You can also catch the chocolate artists up to their tricks while you enjoy the plush space.

We sampled almost all that they had to offer {and still didn’t really feel like stopping}. This is one place calorie counters should steer clear from as it promises pure sin.

The Ganache {available in a Ghana and Ivory Coast cocoa varient} and the Black Forest Revisited are two things we tried first, and almost fell in love with instantly. The Ghana Milk Chocolate Mousse with Caramel & Banana Creme was impressive too, but could not beat the Éclair Venezuela, which is not only decadent but almost too good to look at, too.

We love chocolates and will be visiting this place again. Prices aren’t too expensive and the creations have been brilliantly crafted. Do try this one out, and maybe tell us your favourites, too.
