The brainchild of a father-son duo, Kartmyart is an e-store that brings together artists, photographers and designers to offer a range of oil paintings, sculptures, murals, wall-art, mugs, coasters and phone covers. We’re particularly liking the pop culture references in these knick knacks.
We’d love to live out of a café with framed wall art and white planters on wooden ladders, but here’s the sad truth: We hide messy secrets in our cupboards, and our idea of spring cleaning is ‘out of sight is out of mind’.
This probably explains why we find Kartmyart interesting. There’s no crazy DIY involved, and the posters manage to capture some of the best things in life; from buffets, mountains and big beards to Star Wars and cityscapes. Now get up from the bed and go infuse some creativity into that dull room.
Effortless makeovers are not a convincing argument, either? Fine. Check out these phone covers and ceramic coffee mugs with quirky jungle prints, floral patterns, and even auto rickshaws.
If you’re even more demanding, they customise, too. They design, shoot weddings and take commissions for portraits and paintings; all you have to do is upload a photo and send them an enquiry, and they’ll jump right into action. Happy now?
