What Is It?

FitNut and HighTide are getting together to host {only} ladies at a session that includes a short workout, tips for working out and minimising pain during your period. Have we been waiting for this or what?

Who Is It For?

Any and all women who have or are looking to develop a basic, yet solid workout regime. They’ll be talking about exercises specifically keeping women’s fitness in mind.

What’s The POA?

There’s going to be a 20 minute session that’ll cover exercises that women should and shouldn’t do, with a proper demonstration. It’ll be followed up with half an hour of yoga and a discussion afterward. A productive evening, we think.

Why Should I Go For It?

This is great for anyone who feels comfortable working out with only women around, as well as for learning hidden tricks for keeping the cramps and crankiness during that time of the month at bay.
