Firstly heavy fusion and then a shift to modern India, these have been the food trends in the last couple of years. From butter chicken, we now have butter chicken croquettes. Keema is now keema samosa and we often see ravioli being served with paneer as palak paneer. Modern cuisine and Indian fusion have flooded the menus of every restaurant and authenticity has taken a back seat.
But not anymore, Gray Global Bar in GK, N block, had a hard time being okay with not serving food the authentic way. So, they decided to prepare it the traditional way only. Their menu has small snippets of Asian, Italian, and Indian fare. The food is delicious, the presentation is simple, and the cocktails are just fabulous.
Their must-haves are the garlic fish tikka, asparagus risotto, jaggery coconut ice cream, signature cocktails, tofu chilli, and the mezze platter.
