What Makes It Awesome

Turquoise Cottage has always been my go-to place for Asian food and good live music, and this is from back when they had just one outlet at Adchini almost two decades ago. Now the closest one for me is Cafe TC at Turquoise Cottage and they have an all-new surprise on the rooftop, don't forget you heard it here first.

Remember Bernardo's, Delhi's only and longest surviving Goan restaurant? They've relocated Fernande's to the rooftop of Cafe TC, woohoo! The menu is all the good stuff from Bernardo's and some new delicacies, and guess what? On weekends you can meet the Goan duo Chris and Cres there too. Don't miss any dish with the chorizo; it's handmade at their farm with their family's secret recipe, the Pork Vindaloo is stellar and then there is the Chicken Xacuti for meat lovers. The re-branded, Fernande's has the same chef and she has done a fabulous job with Goan bar bites that pair very well with beer.

Apart from that, you can also try their American, Italian, Continental, and Mediterranean cuisines. Oh, and let us tell you, the cafe has awesome live music on weekends and they also hold a Karaoke night a lot of times.

What Could Be Better?

I'm hoping they expand the menu and include more stuff from the older cafe but I was told that's going to happen.

Pro-Tip

They have King's Beer all the way from Goa which is awesome with Fernandes' Roast Pork and Goan Fish Curry made with their secret spice blends. In fact, the menu at Cafe TC has a lot of stuff for vegetarians too, they have a Goan Vegetable Curry and Sweet & Sour style aubergines that are delicious even if you aren't a big fan of vegetarian food. Finish your meal with their classic Bebinca and go back for a dose of the beach every time summer becomes too much to handle.

Also, they have valet parking available so, do not worry about that.
