It’s time you did the baking, as opposed to getting baked in this rather fierce Delhi Summer! LBB and the Delhi Baking Company at JW Marriot {Aerocity} bring you the summer edition of the Grub Club, which involves going from hot and savoury, to super cold and sweet, and a little something colourful in between.

Bread is the staff of life, and we’re spicing it up by making it a Focaccia. The team at Delhi Baking Club is kickstarting the afternoon by teaching you how to make and bake a deliciously flavoured Focaccia bread. We’re also macaroning you on an island of the choicest ingredients, with Executive Pastry Chef, Chef Narendra, where he will take you through the process of making delightful Pistachio Macarons. You then get to cool off with your very own, personalized ice cream sundae, choosing from the rather innovative flavours of ice creams on offer. While Chef Narendra and Head Chef Girish will be there to supervise, and help you make some informed flavour combinations {Masterchef fans anyone?}, there’s always room for some ‘guided by gluttony’ additions of your own!

This is one make or bake situation where you take it all; everything you make goes home with you! If you’re looking for something to mitigate that sugar rush at the end of the session, the restaurant brews its own delicious coffee {given the circumstances, we’d recommend the decaf}.
